Referral partnerships
Make the introduction.
We’ll build the solution.
Refer businesses that need SaaS development or engineering support. When an approved referral becomes a paying client, you earn a commission.
Know the right people?
You don’t have to write code to recognize a product team that needs help.
Developers, independent consultants, startup founders, product designers, technology advisers, business consultants and recruiters with relevant relationships are welcome to apply. A genuine connection to the SaaS industry matters more than a large contact list.
You make a permissioned introduction. We handle technical discovery, scope, proposals and delivery.
From introduction to delivery.
Apply
Share your background, professional experience and the kind of partnership you have in mind.
Get approved
We review the fit, discuss responsibilities and confirm individual terms in writing.
Register an opportunity
Approved partners receive private access to introduce a business and its engineering requirements. Each lead needs approval.
We handle delivery
eezpal owns technical discovery, scope, proposals, contracts and engineering delivery.
Receive commission
After eligible customer payments clear, we arrange the agreed commission, subject to verification and invoicing requirements.
The numbers, explained.
Illustrative USD examples at the proposed 10% rate. Only eligible revenue actually collected counts.
Examples assume a 10% approved commission on eligible service revenue collected. Actual commission eligibility and payment terms are defined in the signed partner agreement.
| Eligible collected revenue | Illustrative commission |
|---|---|
| $3,000 | $300 |
| $6,000 | $600 |
| $15,000 | $1,500 |
What is eligible revenue? Actual client service revenue received by eezpal, excluding applicable taxes, refunded amounts and separately billed third-party pass-through costs.
Recurring retainers need a commission eligibility period and cap agreed before the engagement begins. There are no automatic lifetime commissions or commissions on subsequent unrelated projects.
A useful introduction.
A real requirement, the right decision-maker and a practical path to starting.
- An existing product or funded project
- A defined technical problem and a need for external expertise
- A genuine decision-maker involved
- A realistic budget
- Permission for a relevant introduction
A name or a contact without a genuine requirement is not automatically a qualified referral.
Projects that fit.
- A SaaS startup needing an MVP
- A Rails application requiring modernization
- A product team needing engineering capacity
- A company building complex integrations
- An agency with an upcoming technical project
Each opportunity is checked for fit, existing relationships and overlapping introductions. We share the registration decision without disclosing another customer’s or partner’s confidential information.
Proposed protection: 120 days from approval unless modified in writing. Proposed payment: within 14 days after eligible funds clear, subject to verification, invoicing and legal requirements.

How are referrals registered?
After approval and written terms, we email a private, expiring invitation. Use it to sign in and register the opportunity securely.
When is a referral considered approved?
Only after eezpal reviews it and confirms approval. Submitting first does not automatically establish ownership or commission eligibility.
What if the company is already an eezpal prospect?
We check for existing relationships and overlapping opportunities privately. Pre-existing or rejected opportunities do not qualify unless expressly approved in writing.
How much commission can I earn?
The proposed referral rate is 10%. Business development terms are negotiated within a proposed 10–15% range. Agency terms are individual. Rates require written approval; earnings are not guaranteed.
When do commissions get paid?
The proposed window is within 14 days after eligible customer funds clear, subject to agreed invoicing, verification and legal requirements. There is no commission before the customer pays.
What if a client pays in installments?
Only eligible amounts actually collected can qualify. Commission follows those payments under the signed agreement, with adjustments for refunds or reversals.
Do recurring retainers qualify?
A standard referral retainer needs an agreed eligibility period and cap before work begins. Business development terms propose the first 3 paid months. Neither arrangement includes automatic lifetime commissions.
What happens when a partnership ends?
The signed agreement governs outstanding approved opportunities, accrued commissions, confidentiality and termination. The proposed referral protection period is 120 days from approval unless modified in writing.
