Yes. We currently support transfer over providers for a limited free service. Shared services are eligible for a transfer of total size of 10GB files for free. Reseller plans are eligible for transfers up to 25GB and limited to 15 cPanel accounts. Currently we cannot transfer VPS or dedicated servers as you must transfer them your own.
If you need helping with transferring your website to us, please open a ticket with following information.
- Shared packages
- Your current cPanel login URL
- Your current cPanel login username
- Your current cPanel login password
- Reseller packages
- Your current WHM login URL
- Your current WHM login username
- Your current WHM login password
Once we receive these credentials, we will transfer your files to our servers. But please keep in mind this service can take time depending on your current provider limitations.
